We had a wonderful stay at Barham Colonial Motel. the room was exceptionally clean and met all our needs perfectly. the enthusiastic staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including ironing facilities, a study table, and a radio. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a short distance from the river and town, surrounded by well-established gardens.

amiable staff, excellent services, and marvellous location not far from pubs & clubs, and shopping strip. neat and huge room with a very comfy bed. located in the middle of the city. also, near the river.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a really quiet area, very close to clubs, the shops and well established gardens. We stayed in the twin/double room, it was spacious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Barham Colonial Motel. Every detail of my one night here was perfect. the studio suite had all the essentials I needed, including a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator. I loved the lovely garden view it offered. the staff were not only competent but also incredibly helpful throughout my visit. the location was fantastic and peaceful, just a short walk from all the places I wanted to explore. it was a wonderful experience!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were approachable and kind, always willing to have a chat with me. They provided excellent service, and nothing was too much trouble. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the facilities were great.

The personal touches given by the owners of the motel were delightful. the rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. the location was a bit out of the way from the busy streets, which was perfect for those looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. the chairs outside the rooms were an added bonus, perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the cool evening breeze.

the motel was a bit far from the main attractions in the area, but that wasn't a big issue for us.

The hotel service was relatively good, reception staff were attentive and responsive. the location was great in terms of proximity to restaurants and shops. the room was well decorated and well-lit.

My stay during New Year's was far from ideal. My room was uncomfortably cold and when I asked management, they provided an old heater that barely warmed the room.

The motel was conveniently located and easily accessible with ample parking space. the friendly host provided interesting conversation. the tidy room had basic necessities and was situated in a lovely garden area.

The mattress was uncomfortably hard, causing difficulties in having a good night's rest.
